Thank you to all who attended MSCA's 2019 Spring Conference which was held April 5th, 2019. A special thank you to our Keynote Speaker, William E. Kirwan Ph.D., Chairman of The Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education. The Maryland School Counselor Association appreciates your time and inspiring words. Our theme for this year's conference was Reboot, Refill, Refresh. The MSCA Executive Board certainly hopes that this year's attendees felt engaged during their sessions and now feel empowered with the knowledge they have learned.
